Requisite Fitness and UltiPlanning has teamed up to create an off-season, high-intensity strength & conditioning program for Ultimate. Dedicating 12 weeks on repairing, improving and conditioning your body to its full potential come the spring season.
November 27 - February 28
Overview
38 Training sessions over 3 months of high intensity S&C programming from elite-level, certified coaches. The Requisite Fitness gym has numerous accolades in the realm of CrossFit, Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, and Sports S&C.
Registration Information
UltiPlanning S&C will be mixed gender with a array of levels (mainly focusing Intermediate - Advanced) . Athletes must be at least 16 years old. Club and College Players are highly encouraged to attend.
Registration will stay open until all spots are filled up.
Youth Sponsorship
UltiPlanning strives to make Ultimate accessible to all players. There will be 2 youth sponsorship's for high school athletes. Applications will be accepted until November 15th.
Rates
$90/ month with a $40 upfront registration fee.

UltiPlanning S&C Coaching
Chris Monachino
Chris is a strength & conditioning
coach with 5+ years experience. He
has worked with one-on-one clients,
small groups and sports teams, including the Philadelphia University Baseball team. He specializes in teaching safety and efficiency in all of the barbell lifts. Chris holds a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate,
ACE-CPT, and has completed
multiple Olympic Lifts seminars.
